Fragrant spices, coastal influences and time honoured methods come together using carefully selected Australian produce. Each dish is designed to feel familiar yet refined, carrying memory while embracing modern expression.
Our space reflects the elegance of Ceylon’s colonial homes, with warm timber, soft light and intimate corners made for conversation. It is a place to gather, linger and share, just as families once did on long afternoons back home.
